By accessing or using SwiftReplyAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

SwiftReplyAgent provides AI-powered email reply drafting that works inside Outlook and Gmail. Users configure agents with their own documents, and the Service generates draft replies on demand based on the documents and the content of incoming emails.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents and email content you submit to the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing, or other deceptive communications.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of the documents and email content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

The SwiftReplyAgent name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Free plan is provided on a best-effort basis with no service-level commitment. Paid plans may include availability targets as published from time to time.

We may perform maintenance or apply updates that briefly affect availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You are responsible for reviewing every reply draft before sending. The Service produces draft replies based on the documents you provide and may occasionally produce inaccurate output.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Malta.
